Wildflower Glitter Co. LLC is a proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
All orders will ship Monday through Saturday. Orders will ship within one (1) to three (3) business days via USPS tracking numbers that will be emailed to you. Mistakes can happen and if you receive your order and it is missing an item(s) please let us know within two (2) business day that something is missing. Please message us with: First and Last name, order number, and email to inform us what is missing. We will ship the missing item(s) out immediately or can issues you a store credit should you choose. Customers will not be responsible for the shipping cost for delivery of missing item(s), however, Wildflower Glitter Co. LLC will choose the shipping method.
Wildflower Glitter Co. LLC will not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final once payment has been processed - Including All "Wildflower Glitter Bar" Custom Blends.
